✔️ CEDR gave testimony about the negative impact of a proposed Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) on Clatsop County, including significant reductions in revenue for various sectors like education, law enforcement, and roads. It estimates an annual reduction of $8.5 million and a job loss of 275.
✔️ CEDR hosted the Clatsop Job & Career Fair, where 650 students from seven high schools participated, and over 80 employers were involved, creating a high-energy event.

✔️ CEDR is actively involved in the Clatsop County Childcare Advisory Committee and secured funding of $620,000 over three years. These funds have been awarded to 12 childcare businesses in the first round and completed round two with seven businesses receiving funds.
✔️ CEDR’s Clatsop WORKS paid internship program, managed by Misty Bateman, expanded this year with 31 summer interns and 25 host sites, marking a record number of participants.
