Jeanette is the Administrative Specialist for Clatsop Economic Development Resources
(CEDR); as well as Clatsop Community College Clatsop Center for Business,
Community & Workforce Development; and the Small Business Development Center
(SBDC), where she brings a great set of skills and fun energy to CEDR and all of the
Teams she works with!
Jeanette has had the good fortune to have worked in various industries over the years,
from her first job at 11 years of age, as a dishwasher in a busy restaurant, to becoming
an equine-hauling business owner at the age of 16, to working in the Timber Industry,
Law-Enforcement, Corporate, Non-Profit and Government sectors, including 13 years
as a School Board Director, which gives her a broad spectrum of various industries,
where she has learned from some great mentors, and she has honed her customer
service and negotiation skills, along with her critical-thinking and strategic planning skills
as well!
Jeanette has also been involved with several volunteer organizations, both locally and
at state/national levels and she understands the importance of helping and “giving
back”. She’s a busy Mom, who loves being with her family and friends, being outdoors,
traveling, exploring new places and doing equine activities with her horses every
chance she gets!
